Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi today launched the new children health care project named Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) in Palghar, a tribal block in Thane district of Maharashtra. She expressed hope that the scheme will prove beneficial for the children.
