Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a big election rally in Junagadh in poll bound Gujarat on Friday slammed Narendra Modi government accused of Modi led BJP government of making tall claims of development in Gujarat. The Congress President said that progress is nowhere to be seen and ruling BJP's promises are hollow and false.
