Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally in Pratapgarh as part of his campaign for Congress in the poll bound Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi urged people to support congress and elect Congress candidates so that Congress can form a pro-poor and pro-development Government in the state. He told that the people in Uttar Pradesh are looking towards a change and the change will take place.
