The Right to Education (RTE) is another achievement of Congress (I) which has made available right to education to every children by de-linking it from financial status of his or her parents whether they can afford the education or nor. National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) program is dotting the rural areas with state-of-the-art poly clinics for health care services to the poor.
