Congress president Sonia Gandhi delivered the welcome address during the 10th Indira Gandhi Conference. The conference was inaugurated by the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. Indira Gandhi was a person who had a keen interest and curiosity about the people and she had tremendous experience as she had interacted with many people across the world, said Sonia Gandhi.
