Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Contemporary Studies is completing twenty years of its existence this year. RGICS has worked in a wide range of areas in these twenty years. As it enters its third decade, RGICS has embarked on a renewal program with a new vision and strategy. I hope and expect that the renewed RGICS will enrich our thinking and make important contributions to public policy.
